At the start of 2005 GPS Standard opened a commercial office in China, in Beijing, initiating a direct investigation into the potential of this new market. The office is managed by Chen Shu Fa, a graduate in electronic engineering from the JiangSu University of Technology in 1994. Chen Shu Fa has management and operational experience in companies such as Johnson Controls and Ericsson Telecom, has worked as a project manager with Magal and has been operating in the security market, in particular with perimeter systems, for 4 years. He is therefore the ideal person to direct the potential clients in the Chinese market towards the superior security solutions provided by the products and systems resulting from the 30 years experience of GPS Standard.
