CPS Plus, Cable Perimeter System, is a microphonic-cable perimeter security system designed for fences, walls and rooftops.
The cable detects mechanical stresses generated by intrusion attempts—such as cutting, climbing or lifting—and converts them into electrical signals. A next-generation DSP-based processor analyzes these signals in both the time and frequency domains, distinguishing real intrusion events from environmental disturbances.
CPS Plus is easy to install on mesh fences, masonry walls or structural barriers and can cover distances from 10 m up to 600 m in stand-alone mode, or up to 38.4 km in multiplex configuration, making it ideal for large or complex sites.

During operation, CPS™ Plus learns and recognizes recurring environmental signals, automatically distinguishing them from real intrusion attempts. The system continuously compares the vibrations detected by the microphonic cable with reference profiles acquired during configuration, identifying the nature, intensity and duration of each mechanical event.
When an event compatible with an intrusion attempt is detected, the system generates an immediate and reliable alarm, ensuring precise, intelligent and highly adaptive perimeter protection.

CPS™ Plus detects all mechanical stresses generated by intrusion attempts—such as climbing, cutting or lifting—through its microphonic cable, the sensitive core of the system. Every vibration or deformation is converted into an electrical signal via the piezoelectric effect. These signals are then processed by the DSP, which provides high computational power for executing Fourier Transforms, advanced digital filtering and other signal-processing functions in both time and frequency domains.
The control unit can manage two or four independent zones, each up to 300 m, continuously monitoring signal behavior. When a mechanical stress exceeds the configured threshold, the system performs real-time comparisons with the parameters set during installation and, if necessary, generates a pre-alarm or alarm condition.
Cable installation can be adapted to various configurations depending on the perimeter structure and required sensitivity, ensuring maximum design flexibility. The system is compatible with any alarm control panel, and operational parameters can be configured via PC during installation, enabling precise and optimized tuning for every application.
